Effective immediately, I have changed My policy for applying to serve. Interested parties do not need to include their last name or show the entirety of their identification. Now you may simply blur out or cover your last name and address on your ID; as long as I can read and make out the image on your ID and on your Vaccination card, I will be satisfied.
